What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. We plan to introduce a "Buy Now, Pay Later" option by the end of 2021.
When will my account be charged?
Upon completion of your order, your card will be charged immediately.
Are you accepting custom orders?
Currently, we are only accepting custom order for female clients. We anticipate accepting customer orders for male clients by the end of 2021. To place a custom order or find out additional information click here.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
You may cancel an order any time before it has been processed. Once an order has shipped, the normal return policy will apply.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my package if I need to make a return?
Shipping charges are not refunded should you return an item to us.

How long does it take for refunds to post to my bank account?
It can take up to 14 business days after we have processed your return for funds to post back to your account.
